Task Creation & Assignment:
At the start of each workday, managers or supervisors create tasks for employees. The list of tasks is then uploaded to the system, where employees can access it directly through the mobile app.

Upon arrival at their designated work location, employees check in by clicking the “Start Work” button in the app. Their GPS coordinates are sent to the system, ensuring that the employee is in the correct location.

Throughout the day, employees can update their progress by taking photos, videos, or recording voice messages. This information is sent directly to their manager or supervisor, allowing for immediate feedback.
